- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into large chunks

- 4 large potatoes, cubed

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Chop Vegetables: Prepare the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Cut the chicken into large, bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker
- Layer Ingredients: Place the chopped carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the chicken chunks on top.
