  • Season the chicken. Pat 500 g chicken tenders dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Air fry. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange tenders in a single layer and cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Make the glaze. Melt butter; stir in honey, minced garlic, and optional soy sauce. Simmer gently 30–60 seconds to tame the raw garlic edge.
  • Glaze & serve. Toss hot tenders with the warm sauce until glossy. Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds and serve immediately.

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket—work in batches for best browning.
  • For extra-crispy edges, add 1 tsp cornstarch to the dry seasoning.
