Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven
– Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish large enough for wings.
Step 2: Season the turkey wings
– Pat wings dry. Rub seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and minced garlic evenly.
Step 3: Arrange in baking dish
– Place wings in dish. Scatter chopped onions if using.
Step 4: Prepare the sauce
– Mix 1 cup water with cream of mushroom soup; pour over wings. Add remaining ½ cup water for moisture.
Step 5: Cover and bake
– Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour until wings are tender.
Step 6: Uncover and brown
– Remove foil, bake 20–30 minutes more, basting occasionally for golden finish.
Step 7: Serve
– Rest 5 minutes and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
