Ingredients
  

Turkey Wings

  • 5 pieces Turkey Wings Fresh or thawed; can substitute with chicken wings
  • 1 small Onion, chopped Optional
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt Substitute with regular salt and paprika mix
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning Blends herbs like sage, thyme, and marjoram
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper Freshly ground for best aroma
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic Garlic powder works as substitute
  • 1 1/2 cups Water, divided Use chicken stock for extra depth
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz can; can swap for cream of celery or cream of chicken soup

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven – Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish large enough for wings.
  • Step 2: Season the turkey wings – Pat wings dry. Rub seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and minced garlic evenly.
  • Step 3: Arrange in baking dish – Place wings in dish. Scatter chopped onions if using.
  • Step 4: Prepare the sauce – Mix 1 cup water with cream of mushroom soup; pour over wings. Add remaining ½ cup water for moisture.
  • Step 5: Cover and bake – Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour until wings are tender.
  • Step 6: Uncover and brown – Remove foil, bake 20–30 minutes more, basting occasionally for golden finish.
  • Step 7: Serve – Rest 5 minutes and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
