Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 1 lb boneless sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Alfredo Sauce

  • 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Pasta

  • 1 lb penne pasta

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high and drizzle in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss the sliced sirloin with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned and lightly crisp on the edges.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, then cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked.
  • Cook penne in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a saucepan, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Warm over medium heat, stirring until silky and smooth. Add pasta water as needed.
  • Combine the pasta, steak, shrimp, and Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat everything in creamy Cajun goodness.
