Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • salt & pepper to taste

Garnish

  • fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart into fine crumbles.
  • Add butter and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until mushrooms release moisture and begin to brown.
  • Stir in minced garlic, seasoning salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Add the beef-mushroom mixture to the cream cheese base and combine gently.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This bake is keto-friendly and can be customized with ground turkey, chicken, or different mushroom varieties.
