Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart into fine crumbles.
Add butter and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until mushrooms release moisture and begin to brown.
Stir in minced garlic, seasoning salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
In a separate bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
Add the beef-mushroom mixture to the cream cheese base and combine gently.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until edges are golden and the center is set.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This bake is keto-friendly and can be customized with ground turkey, chicken, or different mushroom varieties.
