boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a casserole dish.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
Place chicken breasts on the prepared pan. Spread the mixture evenly over each piece, keeping the coating slightly thicker in the center.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil the last 2 minutes for a crispier top if desired.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Using Greek yogurt instead of mayo reduces fat by about 35%. Freshly grated Parmesan melts better and improves browning.
