Ingredients
  

Pineapple Bake

  • 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter sliced into pats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Dot the top of the mixture evenly with butter pats.
  • Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes, until the center is just set and the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
